Cooperative work takes place at intersections, brings together different kinds of expertise, groups of people, experiences and fields of knowledge. KOWA is interdisciplinary and internationally active by putting its focus on the relationship between Germany and Poland. Furthermore, the relation between old, new and future EU member states play an important in role in the work of KOWA. Our expertise lies in promoting the exchange between science and the labor market.

We offer our partners practical organizational support, the development of drafts, as well as the concrete realization of projects and scientific services. Cooperation  occurs in the areas of apprenticeship, research, discussion forums, conferences, knowledge transfer, publications and the realization of support programmes.

Our offers are adressed to students, employees, scientists, labour unions, companies, foundations, associations, municipalities, administration, othe public institutions and different actors in science, work environment and civil society.
