Cooperation work takes place at intersections, brings together different kinds of competences, circles of acquaintances, experiences and fields of knowledge. KOWA is interdisciplinary and internationially active, in particular between Germany and Poland, but also, between old, new and future EU member states. Our competence is to promote the exchange between science and labor market.

We offer for partners practical organizational support, the development of drafts, the concrete realization of projects and scientific services. This cooperation takes places in the areas of apprenticeship, research, discussion forums, conferences, knowledge transfer, publications and the realization of support programmes.
